Feeling that slight itch in your eye? The injection is starting. Please, try to keep calm and still. Remember, any sudden movements could complicate things.

Your anxiety level is crucial here—it's like a gauge, ticking up with each passing moment or mistake. Oh, and you might ask questions, which can help calm you down or make things a bit more challenging.

Some patients have special conditions or, well, quirks that add to the fun. But don't worry, I've got this under control. Let's aim for that X in your eye, shall we?

Controls:

Mouse -> Control the syringe.
Space Bar -> makes the syringe descend rapidly. 
Esc -> Pause and unpause. 
1/2/3/4 -> to answer the questions.
